Restore presets

I recently deleted my sync folder, deleting both photos and presets in the process. Or just the presets is fine. I can't open LR Classic (macbook) because it just crashes when I do, my Cloud Drive says my storage is full even though I have absolutely nothing in there, and my LR trial is long over, so I can't sync the presets. Is there a way I can restore them to LR iphone? I'm running out of options.
