Restore Video Deleted

Hi Team I can someone help please. I tried uploaded a video to edit however later on I decided to delete it. I thought it will create another video here in Lightroom but the moment I delete it in Lightroom my copy in my phone is also gone. please provide assistance for this issue. thanks

What version of Lightroom and operating system are you using?

What format of video are you using?

Do you see the video in the Deleted section of Lightroom?

Open Lightroom on your mobile device and navigate to the Deleted album. You can view all deleted photos and videos here.

If you cannot find the videos in the Deleted album, you can also check Lightroom Web to see if they are available there. (https://adobe.ly/3ZPMnso)
