Retain filters while browsing different album (having sticky filters across different albums)

Something that constantly bothers me in Lightroom is that the search filters reset every time that I navigate to a different album so I have to set the attributes repeatedly.

Is there a way to keep the search attributes or make them sticky to retain them while browsing? I would like to be able to change albums without manually setting the filter each time. I have rejected many images and while I am going to different albums, I have to always select "Show picked photos" button to hide the rejected photos.

This is killing my productivity and making me to consider moving back to Lightroom Classic.
