Running Lightroom on a 2017 i5 processor?

Question

I am considering purchasing a used 2017 iMac, using an i5 INTEL processor.  It has 32GB of RAM and 2TB hard-drive.  Will I be able to run the latest version of Lightroom, and how likely is it that I will be too out-of-date in a year or so, given that I am not using the newer Apple processors?

Hey, ​@JL Outdoor Photography. While there could be use cases where this machine can still get the job done.But, if you’re going to use People masks, and other modern tools, it may begin tostruggle very early.There are also a few known issues:Maybe other Experts who’ve used the machine in past can add more.Thanks!Sameer K
