Samsung Lossless raw support

Samsung has introduced a "Lossless raw" setting in their ExpertRaw app. DNGs shot with that setting turned on are unusable in Lightroom Mobile on Android v. 9.4.0.

The app can open them but everything is blown out (too bright) and unrecoverable.

Turning the settings off makes everything working again.
