Save to device produces image with incorrect date (export date instead of original capture date)

Since (I believe) the 4.0 update or sometime in December 2018, the Save to device operation results in a file which is incorrectly dated, i.e., it has the export date instead of the original capture date.

This happens on a OnePlus 6 phone with Android Pie, but not on an iPad, where the file is correctly saved to the camera roll with the original capture date.
