Saving Multiple Photos Cropped from Same Sheet

You do not state what software you are using! (maybe Lightroom -from this forum?)

From Lightroom: you would need to "Duplicate" the master scan of multiple images- a new duplicate for each single photo- then Crop each 'duplicate' to a single photo.

From Lightroom-Classic: One suggestion is to create Virtual Copies for each single photo, and crop each.

If you have Photoshop: There is a built in function to create indivifdual files for each photo on the multiple scan.

Which application are you using, Lightroom Classic or the desktop version of the Lightroom cloud-based app? The principle is the same in both cases, but the mechanics are slightly different:

1. If using Classic, use the "Create Virtual Copy" option to create the correct number of virtual copies of the original scan, then you can crop each VC as appropriate so that you end up with the master original and xx VCs, each of the VCs being cropped to show just one of the photos. A VC has a "copy name" field as well, which you can use to allocate a unique name for each crop.

2. Lightroom "Cloudy" does not support VCs, though it does allow you to create real copies of an image. So create xx copies, crop as desired to leave you with the master original and xx cropped copies, then perhaps give each of the cropped copies a unique keyword as identification.
