Saving photos to desktop?

Hey everyone! Hope you all are having a good day or night!

So I'm trying to export photos from lightroom to desktop. I click the little save to box with the arrow pointing up then I configure what I need to configure. My question is when I click save at the top left I can see the saving loading bar, but its not saving. Usually it takes a couple of seconds, but its not loading at all. So where should I go from here?
