Says unable to complete purchase/premium not working

Can't access my premium account on my phone and it's telling me that's it's unable to complete purchase even though I've already paid for this month. I've tried deleting the app, logging out and restarting my phone. Nothing is working.

We are truly sorry for the difficulty you've experienced, and believe we have now resolved the issue. Please let us know if you are still not able to access Lightroom Premium service.
