School Account Deactivation - Retrieving Files?

Hello, 

Is it possible to retrieve Cloud files from an Adobe school account that has been deactivated? I'm currently waiting to hear back from my university's ITD Help, but I wanted to know if there was a way through Adobe. Our accounts were deactivated without warning, and now I'm unable to log back in, as the accounts were deactivated, not just the license. I specifically am looking to grab my Lightroom edits/presets - any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
