School subscription ended, unable to download photos

I had a lightroom subscription with my high school, and when we graduated in June of 2021, we were told that all school related subcriptions would end at the end of October. Instead, they ended it a month earlier, catching everyone by surprise. As a result, I did not get the chance to download my photos off of lightroom. Fortunately, while my lightroom no longer allowed me to access my photos on my computer, I was still able to open it from my phone, and slowly, I would download each folder to my icloud in order to retrieve my images. However, today, I find that this no longer works. I cannot download the photos from the lightroom app on my phone, and I can't even open lightroom on my computer. I am also unable to simply login since my school email no longer exists, so I am using another account at the moment to write this post. Is there any way for me to simply retrieve those photos off of lightroom on my phone (I can access and browse through the photos, but when I click "export to files", it just freezes). Please help.

What happens when you try to log in using your old school email address?

I'd also like to add that I am willing to renew my subscription to get access and make the downloads. But I can't do that because I can't log in to adobe with that email since the email no longer exists (since I left my school). If I could simply change that email to my personal one and renew the subscription, that would be perfect.
