SD CARD to Lightroom Mobile Import Option Unavailable

 "From Camera Device" wont function. And I have my lightning to sd card reader working properly and it can import from my sd card to my photos directly to the camera albums

When you force-restart the Lr-app...Do you get the --"Lightroom" would like to Access Files on Connected Camersa...--- dialog where you need to allow the access? If not you won't be able to get the menu enabled...--hope this helps -Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
