SD card visible in Lightroom Classic but not Lightroom

When I attempt to add photos in Lightroom (Version 4.0), my SD card doesn't appear under Locations, whereas it appears as normal under Devices in Lightroom Classic (Version 10.0). Is the fact that my storage is full a contributory factor? I've tried reformatting the card and Removable Volumes is checked in Files and Folders. OS is Catalina and it is an isue that has occurred only recently.

The fact that your storage is full is probably the issue. The images need to copy from the SD card to a local hard drive temporarily before they upload to Lightroom.
