Searching in LR

Is ther a way to search in root and subfolders in LR (not LRC). In LRC you could search in the entire catalog but I haven't found a way in LR.

I am not a big user of Lightroom (v7.3) but I believe Lr "root" would be represented by selecting [All Photos] ie. the "entire catalog".

There is no use of the term "subfolders" in Lr but you can select an Album and search specifically in that Album.

And the problem is just that, no searching sub folders as you could do in LRC. I know searching is possible for an individual album (folder). Must be something to do with not having a catalog (I'm glad to be rid of those 🙂)
