Select Single Subject

I'm going to state the obvious, the new 'Select Subject' mask feature is phenomenal (Thank you captain obvious), however, I feel it may be missing the ability to select single subjects instead of all subjects in a photograph, or maybe I have not found out how to do this, yet.

So my question is: How do we select single subjects instead of all subjects using the 'Select Subject' mask feature?
