Select Subject or Select Sky: Error message "Something went wrong"

"When i click select mask : sky, subject, background, lightroom not respond to my order. It shows message that " Something went wrong , there was an unexpected error and your request could not be completed" How can i do for correct this problem?

Thanks for reaching out.

Which version of Lightroom and Windows are you using? Does this happen with a particular image type? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

Are your graphics driver up-to-date? Please follow https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html#solution-4 to update your system with the latest GPU drivers.
