Question

Selecting or Deselecting Multiple People Window

So you know when you’re selecting subjects or people?
That window…
When I try selecting the people I dont want to mask, the time the app gives me to deselect subjects is too short, not just that, but I can’t go back and select who I want or dont want, that’s a huge issue.

    Hi @jorgecordova,

    Thanks for reaching out. I’d like to understand exactly which People selection experience you’re seeing so we can investigate it correctly.

    Could you please share:

    • Which Lightroom app are you using? Please confirm the platform: Desktop, Classic iPad, iPhone, Android, or Web?

    • The exact Lightroom version and your device/OS

    • A short screen recording showing the People selection window closing before you can finish selecting/deselecting people

    Also, when the window closes, please confirm whether you’re unable to return to the People selection screen at all to change the selected people without starting the mask again.

    Once I have those details, I’ll check this with the team.
