Selective editing.
Hi,
is it possible in Lightroom to apply e selective editing I mean to select a part of photo and apply a filter, for example, only to a part of photo?

Yes there are three main tools for selective editing. The brush, gradient and radial gradient tools. Also you have the spot healing brush. See this video demo:
