Share album filtering

Hi,

I was watching a tutorial on YouTube about creating web galleries in Lightroom CC 2019. Under Share Settings I saw the option to filter based on pick status or star rating. I seem to be unable to find this option in Lr or Lr Classic. Am I missing a component? That seems pretty elementary.
