Shared folder pictures not loading.

I have accidentally cleared the cache on my lightroom mobile. I tried to open the 'shared with me folder' on cloud later, but all the photos are blank. The status always show syncing. I have tried logging off and reinstalling as well, it is not working. All pictutes on cloud are blank and not loading.

Hi @Nihar Kurra 

Albums "Shared with me" are loading their thumbnails and full images OK for me.  If you scroll around your Lightroom album "All Photos" is that loading OK for you?

 

If you sign into your same account using a web browser at https://lightroom.adobe.com/ do the Shared with Me files load there? 

Are you using VPN or some kind of security softweare on your phone that might possibly interrupt network traffic?

I'm hoping to get more clues about what's causing this problem.

Hi @Charlie.D, thanks for responding. 
The album "All Photos" is also not loading for me. 
The "Shared with Me" files are loading fine in the web browser though. I have tried to login to my account on another device using the same Wifi. The photos are loading just fine on the other device as well. 

I am not using any VPN or security on my device.

I saw that you already tried reinstalling the app.  

 

Are other apps able to connect to the internet?  Is this happening only on WiFi, or also cellular? (If you can try cellular, you will need to enable cellular sync in LR app Settings under Cloud Storage & Sync)

If this is a problem with WiFi only, maybe try resetting your network.  The easiest way is to restart your device.
