Sharing a portfolio album from LR Mobile

Is it true that for a person to whom you sent a share link from LR Mobile must have or create an Adobe account just to view the album?

Is it true?  No.

If you share an album and mark it as 'Anyone can view' then you have a web link to give the person, or a panel to email them a link.- Without them needing an Adobe Account.

And you control Downloads under the [Settings] tab.
