Sharpening tool missing?

Hi,

This question may have already been asked, but I've just logged onto the web version of Lightroom and it seems that there are no sharpening, noise reduction, etc tools available. Has this been removed or do I need to add this to the pallet? If yes, how do I go about doing that?
