Signed out of Lightroom and can’t sign back into my old account

I was signed out of my Lightroom account on mobile and when I tried logging back in, it made a brand new account, how do I log into my old account?

I did have a subscription until I was signed out, now I’m unable to purchase LR premium or sign in to my old account
