Sliders seem to be locked after applying preset

I started having an issue today where after applying a preset and adjusting the exposure, all of my sliders lock up. They cannot be moved at all and are greyed out. If I try to click on another image in my filmstrip, some of them won't even display in the workspace. 

anyone else?
