Slideshow, 24 hours per slide - how to?

I want to send images to a screen, one image per day, changing images at say 3am each night.  A few hundred images for now (I hope to swap/add images weekly. but that can be a detail for later.)  How to do this?

In LR Classic, there's a 20 second max time per slide.  In Premier Pro I would need either 1/86,400 of a frame per second, or else give each image 86,400 frames at 1 fps, neither approach seems right.

How to, please?  Am I missing something, or do I need to custom-code my own app? 

(I run on Windows.)
