Smart Previews not loading and edit options are greyed out and not usable on Phone and Tablet.

For the last month, pictures i upload to the cloud with the LR CC/Mobile Dektop app, are not loading on my phone and tablet. I can see the pictures, but the spinning icon in the middle remains and all edit tools are greyed out and not usable. Only on my PC i can edit the shots. Also, pictures i added before this problem occured, are loading fine on all devices. And apparently all pictures are synced, according to the apps, but just not loading so i can edit.

 

I tried reinstalling, logging out and in again, deleting data and chache but nothing helped. Dont know what to do anymore to solve this. Any help would be really appreciated.  Thanks

 

Some more info, the tablet is a Galaxy Tab 10 SMT580 with Android 8.1 and the phone a Huawei Mate Lite 20 with Android 11. But the mobile app is obviously still compatible for my devices, because i installed them without problems from the Play Store.

Have you stored the Album locally with internet connection prior to when you are in the field?

I'm having this same problem. I've deleted and redownloaded multiple times, cleared cache files... Everything. Still will not load which is a problem since I use my tablet almost exclusively while I'm in the field. I'm almost ready to cancel my service and use someone else's software.

Amazing to get no answer from Adobe on this problem. Tried calling the german helpline after noone responded to this post. The Callcenter guy wasnt fluent in german and couldnt understand me very well, awesome. Said he cant help and that i would get a message from Adobe in the USA regarding a possible solution in about 3 days via email. That was a week ago. I bet he didnt even forward my problem to someone else. I am done. After finishing this, i will cancel my subscription. You dont deserve my money if you dont care about if the service i pay for works for me or not. Bye!

I'm having this same problem on iPad Pro. Went to edit photos on a long flight and didn't work. Have the smart previeve stored locally and would not edit unless connected to internet and sync turned out.
