Software freezes when using the compare feature

SOFTWARE FREEZES WHEN USING COMPARE FEATURE. NEED TO CLOSE AND REOPEN EVERY SINGLE TIME TO MAKE THIS FEATURE WORK.

    Hi, thanks for reaching out! 

    Please go to the Help menu in Lightroom, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us. 

    Please go to Lightroom's Preferences, then select Performance, and disable the option to Use Graphics Processor. Once done, relaunch Lightroom to check if it makes a difference.
