Some images could not be exported at the size requested

What does this mean..... I keep getting this message when I try to save edited images" Some images could not be exported at the size requested because we couldn't access the full size original."

Could sync be paused or are the images synced in a Collection from Lightroom Classic (which can only sync lower res Smart Previews to the Cloud)?
