Some photos stuck uploading on iphone

I have 10 pending stuck on my lightroom on my iphone, stuck for days. New photos are being uploaded "around" whatever the blockage is. So in other words, I can add a new photo and it syncs fine.

How do I debug what's going on here? How can I find out what photos are the problem?
