sony camera picture profile

hi, 

i've recently discovered picture profiles on my sony a7ii and have been shooting whilst travelling with one, which i absolutely love. I've recently got home and went to get my photos off the sd card and when viewing them on within lightroom and photoshop the images look completely different (guessing how they'd look without the picture profile). when i send the photos directly from my camera to my phone the profile is there, however the quality is compresseed and i would like to edit them within the adobe suite. anyone know how to get around this issue?
