Списало оплату за премиум, а программа показывает что нужно еще раз купить

Добрый день, приложение после пробных 7 дней списали оплату но при этом нет премиум версии. Списало 19,99$. Как это решить? Или как вернуть деньги

    Our system let me know you have 2 Lightroom accounts.  This account you used to post for help is not subscribed, but your other account is.  I will send you a direct message to share details more privately.

     

    You can change the email address you use for your paid Adobe/Lightroom account to an email address that you prefer.  If you need help with that, please contact Adobe Support at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    ...and in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
