Spot Removal, Presets missing from Android Lightroom CC

Hello,

I've seen several threads on this already and none of which have been answered correctly. I have both the Samsung S9 and the Samsung Tab S4 , both running the latest versions of Lightroom CC Mobile. I've signed for several weeks now and let everything sync. I've attached a screen shot to show that the healing brush is not in the usual spot.

One other thing to note, I have installed the app on a different Android Tablet, the Asus Zenpad 3 and presets appeared immediately. Does Adobe have different features of Lightroom depending on the manufacturer? Does anyone else have any solutions to this issue?

For all Samsung users, if you are missing the healing brush / presets, the update for these features is periodically pushed. Wait 2-3 weeks and Adobe will manually push the new features to you

It took approximately 1 month for Adobe to push the latest features to my Tab S4.
