Standalone Lightroom 6.x

Question

I have just replaced my old PC with new hardware. I was running LR 6.5 on the old computer. After installing LR 6.0 on the new machine from the media, I am finding it difficult to update to 6.5 (or higher) which is needed for my Nikon D500. Please tell me that it is still possible to reinstall the software that I was already running. I will be very disappointed in Adobe if this life-cycle support has been withdrawn.

Adobe does not sell or support Lightroom 6 anymore, and they do not make it available for download on the web anymore. If you contact them directly it might be possible for you to persuade them to provide you with a link for a download of Lightroom 6.14, which was the final update for Lightroom 6. Here is the link:
