Star rating with number keys don't work

Hey guys!

When I was gonna rate todays shoot, I noticed that pressing keys 1-5 did open the develop panel instead of rating a photo.

Is this any known problem or anyone know what could be wrong?

    Are you referring to Lightroom CC, that cloud-based Lightroom? I don't even see that behavior in Lightroom Classic CC.

    Yes, I wrote the topic in the CC part of the forum so it would be clear. Maybe I should have wrote it in the text also.

    CC is more streamlined for my needs, although I can import them into Classic also.

    And I'm using a Windows 10 computer. If I just use the numeric 1-5 keys or the 1-5 above the keyboard, I get the star ratings. If I use the numeric pad in conjunction with the Ctrl key It will activate the edit functions.
