Still not downloading photos from Nikon Z6 ii

I recently downloaded the new 4.1 software update but still cant get my lightroom to recognize either my cfexpress card or sandisk uhs 2. I attaced my card reader to the computer and it recognizes the device but lightroom does not recognize anything. Help?

Can you copy the photos directly to your computer from the card, outside of Lightroom? The try adding the photos to Lightroom from the location where you copied them. Does this work for you?
