Merci beaucoup.

Hello ! Just to let you know. I ask Adobe, and had some help. It took him half an hour to find the problem ! In LR Web, the gallery was completely empty, and the deleted folder was empty as well, but there were 2,000 images showing errors in the “Sync Issues” folder. This folder does not exist in the Ipad... I delete everything and everything is okay at last !

Hello @louisd7592

Our system tells me your Lightroom account is using only 322 MB of 105 GB for available Lightroom cloud storage.

If Lightroom shows it's using more, try clearing the app cache: Open Lightroom, tap on the three dots in the upper right corner, tap on App settings and then Local Storage. Press the Clear Cache button.

Hey @louisd7592

Can you take a look at the version of the app where you deleted those files? Are you still seeing any files syncing? It's possible that Lightroom is still processing that request, so the current status won't be displayed until it finishes syncing.

Thanks!
