Stuck on syncing despite all photos being synced.

Question

My Lightroom is stuck on syncing. I went in and filtered by photos sync status and under syncing its empty (all photos are synced). A parallel problem (not sure if connected) is that I cannot export my recent photos.

Can someone tell me how to fix this syncing issue?

Hey, @kalliopea88366948. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

We can figure that out using the Diagnostic report. Please go to Edit > Preferences >Account > press and hold the ALT key, and select Diagnostic Log. Then, please share this diagnostic log with me via direct message.

You can also check Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u) and look for the Deleted Section and the Sync issues tab (if they exist). Emptying both of these has helped in the past. Before emptying these tabs, ensure you have backups for the images.
