Stuck uploading/exporting photos on mobile Lightroom

I have been having a problem for several days with accessing and uploading photos to the cloud within the Lightroom Mobile app. I am using the mobile version of the app (latest Android version and latest app version), and the  new photos will not upload. I also cannot access the photos that have already been uploaded. I can see them and edit them, but I canno

t export them (“couldn't complete export”).

Steps I have tried:
I reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, and tried using the web version of the app on my computer, where it allows me to edit and export the photo, but that edit does not upload to the cloud, so I cannot see it on other devices.

 

I have active subscription till 10/2026. I use app everyday so I it real problem for me.
