Student Lightroom account gone

I had been using my school email for all adobe related projects, I had not known that the account will be deactivated after graduation. As my account has just been logged out suddenly, I did not have the time to save nothing locally. I am writing in and hoping that the account can be reactivated to that I can access my projects as 3 years of my work is on there and I have no other way of accessing my portfolio. I have a job interview that requires my portfolio in 3 days. I sincerely ask for your help on this matter and I hope something can be done. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. Thank you.

Yours faithfully, ash

Hi @Daryl367264833zmb, welcome to the forums! If reaching out to your institution's Adobe Administrator did not work, have you also tried the steps mentioned above? Try contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://adobe.ly/3E2X7vv. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot. They have the ability to initiate a migration request from an old Adobe ID to a new Adobe ID, however there will be some verification required. Hope this helps! ^CH

Have you reached out to your institution's Adobe administrator?

Hi there. Greatly appreciate your reply. My institution does not have an adobe administrator it seems. My institution is unable to help at this point even after calling and talking to them on the phone.
