Subscription

Hello. I'm getting really fustrated because I have a paid Adobe Lightroom subcription on mobile that comes with the same features as on computer. Now, it wants me to pay double the price of what I paid for to get the same features. Why am I not able to log into the active account on my mobile phone, but it doesn't allow me to in Adobe Lightroom? Thanks.
