Hello,

ive recently tired to renew my subscription however the app keeps telling me "unable to complete purchase" however the App Store says my subscription is up to date but no payment has come out of my bank account! I've checked my card is up to date, I've tried deleting an redownloding the app, I've turned off an on my phone, I've logged out an back in, I've left it for hours but nothing has changed!

We are truly sorry for the difficulty you've experienced, and believe we have now resolved the issue. Please let us know if you are still not able to access Lightroom Premium service.

Hello Charlie,

unfortunately this problem has not been fixed I am still unable to purchase Lightroom premium! I've just updated the app and it's still not working
