Subscription

Question

I use Lightroom mobile for free. I have paid for presets that i use almost every day. Just today Lightroom says my subscription is expired and I cannot edit or use my paid presets. I never had a Lightroom subscription. I just use the free version. What's the deal?

Did I get it right that you no longer see your paid presets listed but your photos are still accessible? If so, could you do me the the favor and double check again if your paid presets are listed under Preset >Yours...again.  Even with a subscription_expired they should be still listed. Just asking since we had over the weekend for a short time a slow-down on server-side sync behavior Hope to get a clue about your issue soon - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
