I can't access premium features after in app purchase

It's 2021 and the problem still going on !

this is extremely inconvenient

I'm facing the same issue

I just subscribed through the app on my iPhone but I can't access the premium features

please help

Checking against your user forums Adobe ID here, I do see a valid Lightroom Mobile subscription. If you do not see your premium features or sync working please confirm that you are signed in with the same Adobe ID you used to post on the forums here. If that doesn't fix the issue, does it help to force-quit and relaunch the app, or to sign out and sign back in?

Or is the issue that you do not see your subscription work on another device? Subscribing to Lightroom Mobile Premium allows premium service on any phone or tablet, but does not provide premium service for Lightroom CC or Lightroom Classic on the desktop -- is that possibly the issue here?

That's right, I am using the same Adobe ID both here and for Lightroom app.

Plus I'm using Lightroom on my iPhone and iPad only

I have tried to sign out Lightroom, force quit and relaunch app, shut down my devices, in app restore purchase... and still unsolved!
