Subscription expired

I have paid for one year Lighroom Premium subscription that is due to end 19th January. When I try to use the features it says: my subscription expired. Tried to restore it- no subscriptions found. Tried to purchase a new one: it says I already have one. I don't know what to do, I spent several hours trying to fix it...contacted Adobe via chat, they couldn't help. Advised me to contact Apple. Apple is sending me to Adobe as the subscription is still active

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear you’ve been stuck in a loop.


I checked the email ID you used to log into the community, and I can confirm that it currently has an active Creative Cloud All Apps plan, purchased on June 16, 2025.


If you’re seeing an “expired” message in the Lightroom app on your iPhone, please try the following:
 • Log out of the Lightroom app.
 • Then log back in using the same Adobe ID you used here in the community.


That should recognize your active subscription and restore full access. Please let us know if the issue continues after trying this!
