Subscription expired after one day?!

I subscribed to Lightroom for iOS last night and today it says "expired." My subscription (paying monthly) info states that the subscription renews on

November 23. What's going on? I want to dabble in masking and now I can't.

I believe you have multiple accounts, and in short your gmail login is one account that is expired, and your other account is based on Apple's private email login and that is the account that is subscribed.  Please sign out of the app, and try using the Apple login method in Lightroom to access your other, subscribed account.

I am seeing this exact issue with my account. I subscribed a few days ago and logged in to my iPad 3-4 days ago and used it to edit photos and now both my iPhone and iPad apps are showing "subscription expired". I don't have my laptop to check on desktop.

Thank you! That was the problem. I didn't think I had two accounts, but apparently I did.
