Hallo, I have a subscription expired issue. I use lightroom on my Mobile. Please help!!!

Hallo, I have a lightroom on my mobile, and now I Kann mit use it anymore, it says subscription expired, and I try everything, login logout.... I have paid until 18.01.2021.  Can anyone pleas look at my account, I'm desperate

Did I get it right that you purchased the Premium subscription via your Android device? If so, could you double check via play-store that the subscription is still active - Guido/Lr Mobile QE
