Question

“Subscription Expired” but it’s not

My Lightroom mobile app is no longer allowing me to access premium features and is saying my subscription expired, even though it hasn't. I've redownloaded the app, signed in and back out, etc. and it's still not allowing me to use my subscription features. How do I fix this?

Hello @Jessica31626509i3w3

I see you have an Educational plan for CC All Apps, which is accessed via your instiutional login for your same email ID you used here.  There are also a couple expired plans for your personal account, which you can access under the same email address.

Please try signing back in with your enterprise/business account.  If you don't see an active Lightroom plan there, please contact your school plan administrator to see if Lightroom access is provided to you.  (Lightroom is not always included with educational plans)

Also try clearing cache and reinstalling the app.

The app won't even let me access my cache files because of this issue I'm experiencing. Because the subscription is "expired" (it's not), it's saying I have no cloud storage or other premium capabilities.

If you have another email address, try creating another Adobe account and logging in.
Even with a free Adobe account, you can clear the cache from the preferences.
