Subscription in Lightroom

Hello,

 

I have a problem with subscription. Even though I paid it, still shows that I have to pay the plan. 
When I try to pay it again it shows that my payment failed. 
Can somebody tell me how ti fix it.

p.s Find attached the screenshots of the problem.

contact me ASAP on email <removed for privacy> This is the second month that I am paying for Lightroom and it still requires me to pay for Premium. PLEASE CONTACT ME. Imagine getting scammed by Adobe that is insaneeee

Did you see my reply to you first post?  I'm merging your new post back into the previous thread, in hopes it helps you.

 

As I mentioned, you seemed to try to sign into Lightroom with multiple email IDs.  None of them appear subscribed.

 

What I recommend is to sign into each account, trying this email address, and then your gmail email address... seeing if Restore Purchase helps with either account.  How to use: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-mobile-in-app-purchase-issue.html 

If you see error messages, what does the message say?

 

Also, did you try contacting Adobe Support directly?  This is a user-to-user forum, and Support can often help better with complicated issues like this.  Visit  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

Our system let me know you have a couple different Lightroom accounts/email IDs you have used to sign in.  I recommend signing into Lightroom with email addresses/accounts you have previously used, and try Restore Purchase in the app settings.

 

The iOS Appstore can only subscribe one Lightroom account at a time, so you must sign into Lightroom with the correct email ID used to make the purchase.  For more help, please see: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-mobile-in-app-purchase-issue.html 

 

If Restore Purchase doesn't help for any of your Lightroom accounts, please contact Adobe Support directly.  Visit  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
