Subscription is not updated / not reflected

I have purchased monthly subscription and made payments. However it reflects that you have not subscribed.

 

I have made payment twice and still it's not reflected.

 

please help and also how can I get refund for 2nd payment.

I am seeing your subscription has now processed and it looks like things are working for you.  Apologies for the delay here, it may have had to do with an issue we had with recognizing new subscriptions.  Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

 

Let me add that I am only seeing subscriptions (for the account that you are using in this forum) from non-Adobe stores.  You will need to contact those companies if there is an issue with double payment.
