Subscription issue

I have an active subscription of Light Room in my app store , but the app doesn't see it. 

 

Tried everything, signing off and reinstalling, nothing has worked.

 

please help!

I think I see that you have more than one Lightroom account, and it's your other account that is subscribed.  I will send you a direct message in a monent to share info with you more privately.

What error message is displayed when Restore Purchase fails to work?  Is it something like "Duplicate purchase" or "No purchase found?"

I have an active subscription in my iTunes, but restoration button is not working....

Hello @Svetlana5CA2 

If you do see a successful subscription in your iTunes Subscription info, in iOS Settings, then please try using Restore Purchase inside Lightroom.  See how: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-mobile-in-app-purchase-issue.html

 

If you see no Lightroom subscription in your iTunes Account under Manage Subscription, then the purchase did not succeed.
